Customer Loyalty and Keeping in Touch

customer loyalty pic 2Being in the advertising business for a very long time, customer loyalty has always been very important to me.  In fact, I’ve worked with a few clients for over 20+ years … that’s a long time in today’s business world!  Although they might not do the same amount of business as previously, we still keep in touch via email or phone; whether it’s about their family, their changing business or just a simple “hello”.  I still keep them up-to-date on a regular basis about media specials, new products or solutions … but also drop them a note when it’s their birthday, anniversary or if there’s been a personal challenge in their life.  I care about more than just their role in the business; I care about them.

 

My clients … old and new … know I’m here if they need me … even if it’s just for advice!  They also know they can pass my name along to someone who may need my assistance and not be disappointed.  Plus, I guarantee if their company or business role changes, I’ll be included in their decision to continue utilizing my agency skills.  And I’ll be the one sending a congratulations card!

 

With social media such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc., everyone’s business is “out there”.  But, I prefer to keep things a bit more personal … maybe more now than ever before!
